Donizetti Darbuka Online Store Return Policy

At Donizetti Darbuka, customer satisfaction is always our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may exchange or return the product within the framework of the return conditions stated below.

Return Period

You can return or exchange products you have purchased within 14 days from the delivery date. This period begins from the date the product is delivered to you or to the person at your specified delivery address.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met in full:

Unused Product: The returned product must be in its original packaging, unused, unworn, and in a resalable condition. There should be no scratches, dents, stains, or signs of use on the product.
Original Packaging and Accessories: The product must be returned complete with all original accessories, user manuals, and any gift items, if applicable. It is important that the packaging is undamaged.
Invoice/Receipt: It is mandatory to return the product with its invoice or e-invoice. Returns cannot be processed without an invoice.
Custom-Made/Personalized Products: Darbukas and accessories produced according to the customer's special requests or personalized cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

Initiating a Return Request: You must notify us of your return or exchange request within 14 days from the delivery date, either through the "My Account" section on our website, by sending an email to destek@donizettimuzik.com, or by calling our customer service line. Remember to include your order number and the reason for your return/exchange in your request.
Preparing the Product: Please securely package the product you wish to return, ensuring it meets the return conditions above, with its original packaging and all accessories.
Shipping the Product: For return shipments, you must use our contracted cargo company (Aras Kargo) with the provided return code/customer number. For shipments made with non-contracted cargo companies, the shipping fee will be borne by you. Return shipping fees are covered by Donizetti Muzik Aletleri San.Tic.Ltd. Şti. in cases such as faulty products or incorrect shipments. In customer-initiated returns, the shipping fee is borne by the customer.
Inspection and Approval: Once the returned product reaches us, its compliance with the return conditions will be checked. This inspection process usually takes 3-5 business days.
Return/Exchange Process: For products found to be in compliance with the return conditions:
- Refund: Your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days using your original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.). This period may vary depending on your bank's processing times.
- Exchange: If the new product you requested is in stock, the exchange will be processed, and the new product will be sent to you. If there is a price difference, an additional payment will be requested or a refund will be issued.

Faulty or Incorrect Product Shipment

If the product sent to you is faulty (damaged, defective) or if the wrong product has been sent, you can make a return/exchange request by taking a record with the cargo officer at the time of delivery or by notifying our customer service as soon as possible. In these cases, the shipping fee will be covered by Donizetti Darbuka.
