Donizetti Darbuka Shipping Policy

At Donizetti, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We meticulously ensure that your darbuka reaches you swiftly, securely, and in perfect condition. Here’s how we handle our shipping:

🚚 Shipping Times

Most in-stock Donizetti darbuka orders are dispatched to the cargo company within 1-3 business days.
For handmade and custom-produced darbukas, this period may vary between 3-7 business days.

📦 Shipping Carrier & Tracking

Your orders are shipped via our trusted partner courier services (e.g., Yurtiçi Kargo, Aras Kargo).
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS and email.

💸 Shipping Fees

Shipping is free for all deliveries within Turkey.
For international shipments, costs are calculated based on the courier company and customs fees, with all expenses collected from the customer.

🎁 Meticulous Packaging

All darbukas are specially packaged to prevent damage during transit:

They are placed inside a darbuka case or carrying bag.
Protected with bubble wrap and other cushioning materials.
Packaged to safeguard the darbuka's body and skin.

🔄 Damage & Return Policy

If your product arrives damaged:

Please ensure a damage report is prepared with the cargo officer at the time of delivery.
Contact us with photos of the damage within a maximum of 3 business days.
You have an unconditional right to return the product within 14 days (provided it's unused and in its original packaging).
