Donizetti Darbuka Shipping Policy

Donizetti prioritizes customer satisfaction and works diligently to ensure your purchased darbuka reaches you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Here is our shipping policy:

🚚 Shipping Time

All in-stock Donizetti darbuka orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.
For handmade and custom-made darbuka drums, this period can vary between 3-7 business days.

📦 Shipping Company and Tracking

Your orders are shipped with our reliable contracted shipping companies (Yurtiçi Kargo, Aras Kargo, etc.).
Once your shipment is dispatched, you will receive the tracking number via SMS and email.

💸 Shipping Fee

Shipping is free on all orders throughout Turkey.
International shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping company and customs fees, and all costs are collected from the customer.

🎁 Careful Packaging

All darbuka drums are protected from damage during transport:
- Inside a darbuka case or carrying bag,
- With bubble wrap protective materials,
- The darbuka is shipped in special packaging that protects both the body and the skin.

🔄 Damage and Return Policy

If your product arrived damaged:
- Please have a report drawn up in the presence of the delivery person.
- Please contact us within 3 business days at the latest, including photos of the damage.
You have the right to return the product unconditionally within 14 days (provided it is unused and in its original packaging).

🌍 International Shipping

Currently, only domestic shipping within Türkiye is available.
For international shipments, you can submit your special requests through our communication channels.
